Whatever school you choose will be able to tell you what, if any, courses you could transfer in for credit. If you are only three semesters in, can we assume those courses were the more general academic courses and not aviation specific i.e. English, math, history, etc? If so, you might be able to get equivalent credit at your new school and reduce the time to a non-aviation degree. I would suggest using the transferability of you courses as a main criteria when looking around. Each school is different.
