I was a 2001 hire. The rocking chair was gone but the psych guy sat in a chair that towered over the cushy chair that applicants had to sit in. Literally, you sank several feet lower. I think I recall my knees being higher than my head. Instead of sitting back, I leaned forward. It seems to have worked.
