I usually get some deli meat and cheese and make like 4 wraps with some whole wheat tortillas. I also buy the small individual low fat ranch cups so i can dip it in. Another good snack is yogurt and buy some granola from Kashi and mix the two. Gives you added protein and fiber. Myoplex is good if you have a plastic shaker. Quaker makes the weight control oatmeal which i get cause it actually has protein in it and a lot more fiber. Like everyone else says ...almonds lot of almonds. Skippy all natural peanut butter is great and good for you and you can throw that on or in most things. And if you have no fridge at your overnight just fill up the sink with ice and throw your cold stuff on the ice and cover the sink with a damp towel. Hope this helps.
