At this point, I think the guys/gals with the TPIC are at a disadvantage, based on what I'm hearing. Excellent, dedicated folks not making it through the phone or the on site interview. The TPIC folks have a lot more unwarranted convincing to do. F9s loss. The complex- of having too much experience- bar has been brought way down for fear of losing a new hire to a Legacy IMHO.
