It says you fly on the 747. You may want to ask your guys why they wanted the fence? I believe the fence was requested by the LUAL committee to protect the 747 guys so the arbitrator put the 787 on there to make it equal. If UAL didn't ask for a fence I don't think there would be a fence. From what I read, the CAL comm. did not want a fence.
