Honestly, the interview may be a bit stressful, but you will be treated very professionally and you'll meet some extremely nice people. Enjoy the experience, and don't focus on the minutia. Obviously, know your ****...basic atp regs, current aircraft, simple mental math, etc. Temper your desire to work for the big three (seriously if you're interviewing at F9 and you say you don't want to, you're lying or stupid), and for a few hours make Frontier your #1. Have some good stories to share and be personable, likable, and genuine. Our interview team is skilled at sniffing out bs, so an "I'm not sure" answer will be respected.

I'll say it again...professional, knowledgeable, and likable. That's what will get you hired. Leave your phone off, talk to everyone in your interview group, engage all the interviewers with conversation. Don't be seen sitting in the corner by yourself, looking at your phone, etc.

It's not rocket science to get hired, just people science.

Good luck guys.
