The TBI is only 7 minutes, divert quickly and hold away from the WX do not allow the distractions to waste your time or fuel considerations. Be decisive use CRM but do not rush.
Keep in mind that the cabin attendants are professionals and delegate accordingly.
There is a training contract , $17k.
For me, they did me a favor and sent me along my way. It gives me much more clarity as to what I want.
I will say however, that everyone is very, very nice.
At the end of the day, if they call your name in the breakroom, your not hired.
