You will be asked "why" Frontier no less than 5 times.. Take your time in the panel interview. Especially with the technical questions. Be yourself and have fun. The TBI is only 7 minutes, divert quickly and hold away from the WX do not allow the distractions to waste your time or fuel considerations. Be decisive use CRM but do not rush.

There is a training contract , $17k.
For me, they did me a favor and sent me along my way. It gives me much more clarity as to what I want.
I will say however, that everyone is very, very nice.
At the end of the day, if they call your name in the breakroom, your not hired.
Again, Frontier does not have a training contract.
