Hard to disagree with that, Labatts...on the other hand, there are too many variables I would think with interviewing to give refunds, just because someone didn't do what the prep company advised them to do. It's interesting that EC advertises the refund thing - last I checked there weren't that many companies that actually had a "phase two" interview, whatever that is. I wonder how difficult it really is to get the money back? Sounds like a great deal, but the devil is in the details, I would imagine.
