I have not pressed-to-test on EC's refund (indeed, I'm happy to be ineligible for it!), but as a very satisfied customer having been through Albie's seminar twice--I wouldn't expect it to be difficult at all. He addressed this exact question as part of the introduction at the seminar. Their most important stock in trade, at least equal to if not more so than their clients' success at their interviews, is their reputation. They sully that reputation (how long would it take for "I couldn't get a refund!!" to make it all over APC?) and they've significantly reduced their value to prospective clients. Totally spitballing a number here, but I'd suspect that a single complaint like that would cost them 10x or more in lost prospects. From simple financial incentive alone, making good on refunds is in their best interest.

Three things made me choose Emerald Coast over their competitors: their reputation; their "once a client, always a client" approach (which I used); and their money-back guarantee (not used, but I always like a company standing behind its product). I recommend them to anyone looking for prep, based on my own experience. That said, I have not heard a single negative thing about AeroCrew or any of the others out there; and, if one is being specific to F9, I imagine Lori Clarke's service would be hard to beat. I can tell you that I was very glad to have had the prep done prior to my interviews....

Good luck to all the hopefuls.
