While most of us are shooting for the stars, there are plenty of other pilot jobs here and around the world to pay the bills, in the interim. I'm curious, what's the attrition rate like? I can only assume they are finding plenty of willing candidates to step up from a job that they consider a lesser position, but how long are they staying before trying to move on to somewhere else?
