I wonder why they're so apathetic? I'm with Syd on this. I've seen it too many times.

Does anyone remember a few years ago when they let all those guys off two weeks before Christmas? Good luck getting a bag loaded! How about when they fired the fuelers the year the Bears were in the playoffs. It took an hour to get gas, meanwhile AA's planes were rolling down the runway.

Does anyone wonder why our service is so horrible (now) at the Canadian stations and why it was abysmal after they fired everyone?
