Wouldn't matter. Those folks don't move fast enough anyway. They have two speeds; Stopped and barely moving.
Take a shot at anyone you like but yes it does matter when they don't have enough people to properly load the bags and cargo. Seems like they tried this same move a few years ago in denver.
