Canned chicken has much more sodium than tuna

I usualy take the tuna packets and mix them with a mayo packet taken from a food court condiment station

If bread takes up too much room try tortila wraps

Always have almonds. Always have granola or protien bars.

I try to keep track of food options near hotels. I don't have a cooler, but by shopping along the way I'm able to do okay- eat the refridgerated stuff on day 1 and when you buy it along the way and save the dry goods for the dry spells

The free breakfast is the best thing out there- eat well in the morning and then- take a fruit item for the road. Take one of the little peanut butter and jettley thingys and a bagel or bread. Put the bread product in your icebucket bag so it doesn't go stale. Breakfast bars often also have the oatmeal packets which you can save for the overnights where no breakfast is provided. I don't usualy eat the yogurt because they seem to be partial to the high sugar stuff. Please though, don't go up to your room with an armload of food. Exercise good judgement and don't give us all a bad name. It is free food, but its not a free grocery store.
