Ignoring the need/historical data on SSP/Flows and their degrees (since it doesn't apply to you), yes you want to have finished College in a reasonable amount of time. I did take college credit courses in HS, but the computer system should know that high school and college courses overlapping time frames is because of that reason alone, so it shouldn't "rate" your timeframe as overly long.

Another new hire pilot and myself both did our bachelors in 5 years at an accredited school. Me for financial reasons, his for medical. Nobody asked in either of our interview.
