100% concur with this opinion. My class also had several military guys (C-130, Blackhawks, P-3 instructor, etc) lots of guys with 121 TPIC, 747 freight guys, and several very experienced 91 capts.
Common thread...qualified guys who will fit in very well within the pilot group, the company culture, and truly believe in what the company is trying to accomplish.
If they think you are using F9 as a stepping stone, you are not getting hired. That is the bottom line. This is from the mouth of one of the CKA doing interviews for the last 2 interview sessions. This has become a bigger deal of late. I'm guessing the guys in your class had convincing stories when asked the question.
