Never said to thank xjt for kcm. I said thank pilot unions for things like kcm and almost all safety systems mandated.
Second, we do our job the same today as we did before we were bought by Skywest. It was Skywest who negotiated the money losing CPAs when they bought xjt, not the pilots. They have run this company to the ground since day one. Seems like new leadership is now making a difference and we are back to the normal 99.8% controllable completion factor we used to do year in and year out.
The fact that xjt is losing money is NOT any employees fault! I don't know why you guys would think that?
