"I can't get a raise because your company loses money." How ignorant is that? Do you honestly believe if XJT was profitable or if they weren't part of Skywest at all, that you'd get more money?

Also, why are you mad at XJT pilots? YOUR management bought a company that was losing money. If anything, you should be mad at YOUR company that they made a poor investment and not be mad that pilots aren't taking concessions so YOU can get a pay raise.
