Also, why are you mad at XJT pilots? YOUR management bought a company that was losing money. If anything, you should be mad at YOUR company that they made a poor investment and not be mad that pilots aren't taking concessions so YOU can get a pay raise.
Actually, I DO believe that if we weren't carrying the XJT financial deadweight that it would be easier for us, and I AM frustrated that my management didn't bother to look closely enough at the operation before investing so much of our capital in it.
Airlines come and go, it is the nature of the industry. I don't hold a grudge against XJT pilots in general, in fact they are welcome in my jumpseat anytime just like everyone else. What does anger me are the few of you that like to come on here under the veil of anonymity and repeatedly dump on my coworkers and the company which I am otherwise proud to work for. You cannot shame us into a union, this is still a very good place to work, and I'll take the relative security of our profitability over your supposedly superior contract any day.
