It's 2 turns out of JFK so more than likely turn time will be further reduced

Idk, we do these five leg days with 35 min turns, it's enough to walk off and grab something. Maybe not eat it at the restaurant but there's usually something. Best is a sandwich that you can have at your side, Panda express is jfk is pretty fast. Just immediately walk off when the door opens, maybe kick the tires and then go.
Every airport in South Florida sucks for food though.
Of course if your partner is not being helpful, that's a different story. Use the magic words, "I'm starting not to feel good". Just be ready for him to respond with "did I tell you I do cross fit?"
But you can't fly hungry either and protein bars/recycled Chinese newspapers smashed together, don't help.
