Airlines come and go, it is the nature of the industry. I don't hold a grudge against XJT pilots in general, in fact they are welcome in my jumpseat anytime just like everyone else. What does anger me are the few of you that like to come on here under the veil of anonymity and repeatedly dump on my coworkers and the company which I am otherwise proud to work for. You cannot shame us into a union, this is still a very good place to work, and I'll take the relative security of our profitability over your supposedly superior contract any day.

Like I said, at least you are honest about coat tail riding. I'll give you that. If management would've just merged all 3 airlines, it would've made more financial sense. Oh well. Enjoy your perceived job security because your airline may be for now. Just remember that your certificate is secure when you file an ASAP thanks to pilot unions but your job may not be, reference DD file someone posted a few posts ago.
