Why would anyone want to work past 65? Even 60. Most people retire at 65. It's a good age.
Right seat int'l >60 is a retirement gig. 99.99% of our guys have to go to the sim every 90 days to remain current, because they don't even fly once in that time frame. It's pretty cushy. Why give up $180k a year gig if you don't even have to work?!?
