If I'm sending something to the company (Jury Summons, Medical Certificate, Sick Verification, etc) I scan it and email it with a BCC to myself. That gives me a clear record of what I sent, when I sent it and who specifically I sent it to.
Also note, the Company is requesting/requiring a Legal Duty Leave Form found on the Pilots Leaves Dept site. About six months ago it was in an Update that this form needed to accompany any Jury Summons. If you are selected make sure you find this form make sure it accompanies your Summons.

I urge everyone to become familiar with it, as completing this process will ensure contractual protections and compensation for your jury service. (There is a nice explanation about it when you select the hotlink)
