Not to scare folks away, but talking to those hired within the last year, this kind of ratio at the interview is the norm, not the exception.
My interview group last October netted 2/13. Lots of great guys there that day, good mix of military, previous majors, regionals, cargo, etc. Class was similar mix, so don't read too much into the threads trying to read the crystal ball as to who will stay and who won't. Some good things going on here with lots of growth, new A/C and hopefully an improved contract on the distant horizon. Not Valhalla, but a good place because of a good pilot group. As previously posted, come in prepared, be yourself, and don't hide in the corner!
