Other than USAir 427 (and one more incident, I think) this problem has not reoccurred with the 737NGs, so it really isn't a problem anymore. However, rudder issues with the A306 are still problematic (just look at that A306 that had to make an emergency landing at MIA a few weeks back because of rudder problems.)
