Know 7 red memory items down cold. Know limitations down cold except for the engine table. Must know the time limits associated with the engine though, but none of the temps and percents etc. Know what all the switches do and a basic understanding of how the underlying system works. Forget flap lever angles, wheels speeds and associated minutiae.
Know your restrictions as an FO with less than 100 hours in the airplane. Review 3585 and the 1 nav 2 nav rule, but FOs aren't getting much on GOM stuff. Know what the items are on the walk around slides. That's it in a nutshell. PM me if you want more.
