I think that the way this is perceived is completely dependent upon one's expectations going in. I came from an airline with even worse reserve rules than we have here. My expectation of CS has been very low, and so far they have been a surprise to work with. I am not expecting anything to stay "peachy" though.

The truth is, Crew Sched DOES have one job. Staffing trips. If I was in CS that is what I would be doing too so I cannot hold it against them.

If you set the bar low, you can only do better!
