But seriously, we have a fraction of the pilots of Envoy and most other regionals with higher payrates.
We're operating under a bankruptcy contract, and a decent chunk of the new hires--esp those on the EJet side--are 121 refugees like myself and prior121, who have been way more screwed over by this industry than you can even imagine--even when you say you've been at "three different regionals with no turbine PIC" (awwwww).
Don't get your panties in a wad if Mesa gets a handful of E175s from AA--we've been flying for Parker since before most of us were done with high school, and, unlike PSA we have never
knowingly and directly taken concessions to acquire airframes from another carrier.
Go find someone else to feel sorry for you--we didn't create your situation in life, and most of us have been through enough in our own careers that we don't really feel bad for whiners like you--go do something constructive like attend a job fair instead of wasting your time trolling the thread of an airline whose pilots have never done anything directly to inhibit your career progress (drops mic).
