New state of the art system in place, and everything is still done by hand and manually on pieces of paper like it was in the 90s. No online schedules, No online biding, No option to check in for your assignments online, blah blah blah. Not because the system doesn’t have the capabilities, but because they continue to play the games they always do. Buy an excellent system to help save cost and be more efficient, but use it as a nice paperweight.

Like you said- some things will never change…
