My best friends sisters brothers girlfriends cousins neighbor when they were kids works down the street from a guy who knows this dude who talks to a ramp agent that said CHQ was buying Comair and Mesa is getting 737's. There's about as much factual information in that sentence as there is in the majority of "Rumor" posts you see on this website.

When CAL puts out a memo, notice, declaration...or hell, I'll even take a Citabria towing a banner over IAH...that any of what ANYONE has said is actually going to happen, I'll believe it. Until then, I'll accept that XJT guys on here are ****ed at CHQ, want to call us a buncha names and be bitter. Of course...they're ever so friendly when they need a ride home. Have at it boys.
Most of us can't get a ride home anyway because you can't even fill all 50 seats, hell you usually can't fill 45 of them. However, this is not your fault. I as an XJET pilot realize that, and therefore am not mad at you, the CHQ pilot. As a matter of fact, I have had many friendly conversations with CHQ pilots down in IAH. I also have many friends who fly the 145s for CHQ, most are STL based. My point is I as an XJET pilot am not mad or ****ed at you the CHQ pilots. I am mad and frustrated with CAL and your jackass CEO Bedford. He gave you guys a crap operation with the CRJs, not to mention the horrible W&B program they made. What is it, like 194lbs per person in the summer and 30lbs for every bag. No wonder you can't take everyone. Oh, and it also sucks that you get paid for butts in the seats and you take people over bags. Yeah, then they have to go on XJET flights that operate behind you and it screws commuters because our flight get weight restricted due to the fact we have to take the bags you left behind. Bedford bit off more than he could chew, and his employees, XJET employees, CAL employees, and CAL customers are all suffering for what he did. ****-poor decision making, guess thats why he fits right into the airline management profile. So once again, I am not mad at you the pilot. I caught a ride on a 145 and the crew was great...we BSd the whole flight. Oh, and I am SORRY for my co-workers personal attacks. P.S. Please fight for better payrates of the E170s. Thanks
