Many of us don't have an option though and that's the tough part of this biz. I will go to the place that calls me first. I'm a regular run of the mill guy with 1000+ TPIC, Check Airman, Sim Instructor, Duty Officer, non female, non military. I haven't been lucky enough to get a call from anyone yet and whoever calls is where I'll be. So at that point, do you stay somewhere and get some seniority under your belt or do you keep looking into the shiny crystal ball hoping you get a call from the place that was "the place to be" 4 years ago?
