If flying is offered to the regional world through RFPs then anyone at a regional hopes it comes to their company to allow for career progression, of course if mainline pilots keep giving their flying away that career progression might never be realized.
Knowing Nevets he's probably not talking about the majors. He's referring to Skywest not having a union and trusting that our management won't screw us on good faith. They would have every right to do whatever they want since we have no contract. It sounds like they do whatever they want to XJT even with a contract anyway though.
