I guess we have different planes. The C-5 allowed a combination of wing low and decrab, but the 5 degree limit meant you had to decrab, you couldn't side slip and stop the drift at the crosswind limit of 32.5 knots at 5 degrees bank. Besides, why side slip when decrab bing is so easy? The Global flat says decrab.
