That's 483 CRJ pilots per sim. If the ERJ sim has the same ratio that's almost 1000 pilots or 500 crews. 5 crews per plane will put the estimation at 100 planes.
100 ERJs is not unreasonable. But some 200's will certainly be parked in the process so I wouldn't count that as growth. Actually SKW will be lucky to break even in the long run.
