There is no doubt if we knew what drove the computer, we would all do what it takes to hit the mark. I completely agree that no one wants to hire a person that has a chip on their shoulder. If I came across that way the my apologies. If I get the invite, it will be an ecstatic moment in my life. There is no doubt if I get it two years from now I won't be as ecstatic as I would be now or even this coming year. After trying for something for nearly eight years and still not getting a bite is disheartening.

Last point, anyone that passes the interview I think deserves the job. I've known very good individuals in all spectrums that have gotten the job and also not gotten it. All I'm wanting to achieve that I have no control of is getting the invite to interview. After that then what happens is up to me as far as employment is concerned.

If I made it seem that he doesn't have what it takes to do the job then I miscomunicated and my apologies. As far as qualifications are concerned, we are all qualified if we meet the ATP mins. Now being most qualified is a different spectrum.
