Can you guys give me some real life examples of CS trying to schedule you for illegal trips? Is it really just as simple as they like to try and make you bust your duty limit? This seems too stupid to actually screw up....
They don't understand the RAP+16 vs. the table b limits. I had to get the MOD involved to tell CS they were wrong. If I didn't say anything I would've flown (and they were threating me to fly) illegally.
I've had them adjust a report time once when the first flight was delayed making me legal for an added additional turn.
