Maybe if we all pitch in, we can hire Sally Struthers to narrate a "for the price of a cup of coffee" video set to Sarah McLachlan music. It can feature slow-motion footage of us handling catastrophic engine failures, improper deferrals done by line mechanics, trying to get a day off with Merlot, and finish off with us sending an email to Crew Payroll begging to be paid properly.
I think we can win their hearts....
