Now that's funny the 10 second awkward thing. I've ran into that too. I'm ATL 200 and have picked up a IAD trip before and thought it almost foreign to see both ERJ/CRJ crews in the same lounge chatting it up. I remember thinking "this is how it should be" and now if we could just get that vibe company wide I could really dig it! You know UNITY and all that jazz.
