I can believe this 100%. Luckily I put two and two together and avoided the issue. The fact is that when you are hired at GoJet, they do not put you on CASS right away like every other airline does. So, if you are in class during the holidays, you can't count of the FLT Deck seat. You can jump seat Cabin only.

Here is when I put two and two together...If they were not willing to even meet the national standard when issuing CASS access, and did not trust their pilots to leave and come back on time during the holidays, then why would they honor your CASS privilege when it would be time to leave?

I put in my two weeks and stayed home. I mailed everything and didn't have to worry about getting stranded. Business ethics there is non existent. I cannot stress that enough. Do not go there expecting anything other than to be paid for what you fly and nothing in between. There are plenty other companies hiring that have career progression and treat their employees better.
