That would be the key to a contract without NMB involvement. In the end however it will come down to cost. The contract some say is their minimum will cost well over a billion a year. Airlines have operated for years with very ****ed off pilots but still posting good operational results. RA will be happy to throw some money at us for labor peace but he will only open his wallet so far. He not about to let his overall pilot costs get to far above the industry average. He will fall back on the courts and NMB in that situation.
