As to your other questions, I don't have the breakdowns of other classes, but my class on the 13th of October had GoJet, Envoy, Endeavor, and L-ASA people in it. Some Corp, some Mil, and about 40% R-ATP CFIs with less than 1,500 hours and a degree from the right school.
I asked one of the training point point blank about an ATP written program and he said the company has one in the works.
My own thoughts: We'll have a decent amount of lateral move guys for a while. The ones getting in now, and for like the next 6-8 months are in a good spot, the ones beyond that will at the very least see short times on reserve.
The pool of entry level aviators doesn't seem to be thinning just yet. We'll see.
Psa will be ok. There will always be enough applicants. They, like all the regionals, just need to get enough people through the door so they are already stuck in this career field when the music stops again.
