Overslept today so by the time we got ready to go it was late. Too late for Franklin's.

First stop of this tour was Stiles Switch. Pork ribs are the best. Brisket could be more moist but the smoke line made up for any actual or perceived deficiencies. Their corn casserole was warm and slightly sweet, just like my mother in law used to make hers in rural Kansas. Brought tears to my husband's eyes.

Several restaurants are closed on Mondays. Will have to plan out the next one.

Weather is absolutely perfect. However I'm still partial to clouds and rain of the Northwest.
