Close enough. Airlines use the SAR or STAR format. Situation, Action, Result. T is Task.

Basically the beginning middle and end. Remember they are your stories, the interview panel doesn't know you and wasn't there so they need a little background on where you were at so they can picture that, then what happened that caused the issue/good feeling/whatever the topic is, then how you handled it with the end result.

A few minutes per story is good.
