They took profit sharing away from the rest of the employees, too. I imagine the cost to The Company of giving us back profit sharing would be far too great in their eyes, because it would encourage other employees to demand the same, and encourage organizing. They don't want any more unions on the property, so they don't want to do anything to promote them.

Maybe they could explain their rationale to the NMB.
