Totally disagree. Everyone's history is different. I got out of the Navy in April of 81 at the age of 29. The controllers went on strike shortly after. ALL hiring stopped. By the time any hiring started again, I was over 30 which was the kiss of death at the time to be hired at any "Major". It wasn't until 4 years later that the age limit started to ease and I was hired at NWA. It had nothing to do with my decision to remain at my current job or poor performance on my part.
