May I just add that you may want to also prepare yourself for what is called a HIMS evaluation. The FAA may or may not require you to get this evaluation. Each case is reviewed separately and on an individual basis. This evaluation has two parts; neuro-psychological and psychiatric. These exams vary in cost. Usually from $2300-$3200 depending on where you're located. In addition, you'll have to secure the services of a HIMS AME. This is the AME that will actually approve/issue you your Special Issuance (SI) medical certificate if I'm not mistaken. As it sounds, you shouldn't have any problems.
