I have a question about application updates. I'm retired Navy, and I've been at Atlas for the last year and a half on the 747. After I got hired at Atlas, I stopped updating my app on a regular basis - maybe once every six months, which hardly counts. Now I have decided to start regular updates again and more aggressively pursue the opportunity to get on with a major airline, preferably with Delta. My question is, if I'm doing regular updates again, am I in good shape for getting a call? In other words, how does the computer or person, whatever it is, evaluate that aspect of an applicant? Does the period of time when I was not updating drop off the scan, or will I still be penalized for it even if I am now going to update every two weeks?
Took me 7 years of consistent updating. I am also prior Atlas/mil and Delta seems to like us. I don't think u will be penalized. Did I maybe meet you in Hotel St Michael in Morbach in May? Met two Navy 747 fighter pilot newish hires who wanted to tell me how much KC10 pilots sucked....haha
