Good for them, I hope they are successful in once again raising and setting the 91K bar, which does have an impact on fractional, charter, and some 91 op salaries.
Perhaps your criticism of Netjets pilots should be less about their lanyard choice or their desire to picket owners (hint: the audience for both isn't other pilots in the FBO) and stick to the more typical complaints - taking over pilot lounges, blocking the coffee machine, getting priority on fueling and the GPU, etc.
