Buy a copy of your report. Report everything proactively to American Eagle. Never lie, they WILL find out and you WILL lose your job. Admit your mistakes, accept responsibility for them, and hopefully show how you are changing so that you won't make the mistakes again. If there are no drug or alcohol related offenses you should do fine. Pilots tend to drive fast.
