Yes I would. That isn't the point. When you ask them how much they make they say $100,000. They don't say $100,000 plus $15,000 in profit sharing and $1,200 in bonus money like we are being conditioned to do. They just don't include those amounts in their compensation package when they figure what they make even though they pay taxes on it.

Why should we all be trained to figure our hourly rates should be less because we get profit sharing?
