By the nature of how this industry functions, no regional should be considered completely safe or stable. I would suggest considering a regional that has a base close to where you live.
I personally (vehemently) disagree with this, as I think you should make the decision on where to work based on the
totality of the information available. If that means moving or commuting, so be it.
That said, many pilots target an airline based on the convenience of the bases. That's a personal choice. But don't let it be the over-riding variable that sways your decision.
As for Envoy, you need to take the company at their word when they say that the airplanes will all be sold.
